Leyva Lorien Properties was founded and incorporated in 2023. Founder and Director, Ruby Leyva has been very passionate about interior design since age 10. Her interests lie in contemporary, timeless and modern designs. It was her dream to become an interior designer but her direction led her down a different path. She has spent some time studying interior design at University of the Arts London - Chelsea College of Arts and furthering her knowledge at The Interior Design Institute. Building this company creates an avenue for Ruby to use her untapped skills and fulfil her vision of offering high-standard properties that truly stand out in the market.

Co-Founder and Director, Anton Lorien has over twenty years of experience delivering outstanding customer service including the luxury property market. He aims to offer a high-standard, above-and-beyond customer experience which is not consistently found within the serviced accommodation market. Anton's meticulous nature, creative mindset and interest in modern design fuels his drive to become a property entrepreneur. His vision is to make Leyva Lorien Properties synonymous with affordable luxury.
